Our Support Staff
Kellie O’Donnell, Office Manager
Mrs. O’Donnell is our Office Manager, she has her B.A. in Human Services and Management from The University of Phoenix. She has had several Administrative Positions and became interested in being involved in our organization because she is also the parent of Devon O’Donnell who was diagnosed at age 3 as mild to moderately autistic. Devon has been receiving services with us since June 2005 and has been in the Fairfax County Autism Program since June 2005 as well. Kellie has been very involved in her son’s ABA/VB program, she has attended several workshops through Fairfax County that were presented by Todd Streff, M.S., BCBA and Ron Leaf Ph.D as well as attending the Mark Sundberg, Ph.D., BCBA Conference in February 2006.
Kirsten Kellerman, B.A. Therapist Manager and Scheduling Coordinator

Mrs. Kellerman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with teaching licensure in Learning Disabilities, Kindergarten-12th grade. She graduated with the Magna cum Laude designation from Marymount University in December of 2008. Her student teaching was in both public elementary and secondary classrooms in Loudoun County, Virginia. Mrs. Kellerman has worked with children on the autism spectrum for over 6 years. During her time as a student, she worked as a Therapeutic Recreational Counselor for Arlington County Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources where she provided specialized recreation services for children with developmental disabilities, ages 3-5, to meet identified needs not met through traditional recreation programs. Mrs. Kellerman has been an ABA therapist since 2007. She was hired as a Senior ABA Therapist at AOI in the Summer of 2009. She became the Therapist Manager and Scheduling Coordinator in the Summer of 2011. Mrs. Kellerman is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Special Education as well as her ABA certification at George Mason University in hopes to become a BCBA.
Lindsay R. Hurst III, Business/Tax Consultant

Lindsay graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State College in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting and a Minor in Psychology. He has held numerous Executive level positions over his 40+ year career. His expertise lies in the areas of Business Development, Tax Consultation, Contract Administration and Facilities/Security management. He currently is the owner of Hurst Associates, a tax preparation/consulting organization, and has been associated with AOI since it’s inception handling all the corporate taxes.
Dan Leidy, Public Relations

Dan comes to us with more than 40 years of senior level Corporate Operational Management experience. He pursued Engineering and Business Administration degrees at Georgia Tech and Pennsylvania State University and with extensive international business negotiation and development experience stands ready to assist Autism Outreach as we strive to attain our goals for expansion of services, acquisition and growth.
